Built for how carriers actually work

Dispatch

A week-view board showing every driver, load and rig. Loads carry any number of pickups and drops, each with its own appointment window. Dispatch, safety and tracking notes appear on the driver's lane where the work happens.

Accounting and driver settlements

Each week's load pay, fuel, tolls, advances and split charges reconcile into one statement per driver. Any charge can be split company/driver by percentage or an exact dollar amount — charge a driver $100 of a $300 tire replacement, not a percentage that doesn't match the agreement. Company-paid lumpers billed back to the broker never touch driver pay.

Fleet and maintenance

A repair case moves from the driver's report through diagnosis, approval and repair to a closed service record holding the reported symptom, root cause, work performed and odometer. One shop invoice can cover both a tractor and its trailer and appears in both units' maintenance history.

Safety and compliance

CDL, medical card, permits and registration tracked with expiry alerts, plus roadside inspections and per-unit documents.

AI document intake

Upload a broker's rate confirmation, a BOL or a shop invoice and the header and line items are read into structured fields. Every extraction is reviewed by a person before a record is created.
